Terms and Conditions
Exchanges:
We can only refund or replace returned products. I.e. you ordered the wrong size or colour
and would like to exchange them for the correct items. To exchange an item for something else, you will
need to re-order the correct item(s) via our website, thus creating a new order
id for us to deal with. This means adding the correct goods to your shopping
cart, and paying for the order. Doing so, before returning the incorrect items
means we will waive the restocking fee for 'Unwanted' items.

Unwanted Items:
Items ordered but not required maybe returned within 7 days from receipt,
providing you send back goods in an unused, resalable condition. Items returned as
'Unwanted' will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, to a maximum charge of £10.
This charge is to help keep our prices down and to help cover administration costs. If you would like to return an
'Unwanted' item as a exchange, please see above.
Faulty/ Damaged/ Incorrectly shipped:
Products returned as 'Faulty'/ 'Damaged' or 'Incorrectly shipped' will not be subject to a restocking
fee as such errors occurred on our part. In such cases we will refund or replace
items as appropriate. Please note, 'Faulty' items which have been in
receipt for more than 30days, may not be eligible for return as many
manufacturers will deal with faulty items directly! Most manufacturers will
collect and repair or replace as applicable to their warranties. Most
manufacturers cover their products for 1-3 years. All of our products are
covered by a manufacturers warranty including faulty materials and faulty
workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or [user damage].
